The registration fee for the Congress covers participation in business programme, social events, information documentation, meals and refreshments, transfer (airport/railway station – Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel - airport/railway station) and is as follows:
EUR 2300 - single-bed room accommodation at Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel,
EUR 2000 - two-bed accommodation
EUR 1700 - participation fee without accommodation

The fees for the accompanying persons (without participation in the business programme) are as follows:
EUR 1075 - without accommodation
EUR 1375 - two-bed accommodation shared with a participant, reserved a two-bed accommodation
EUR 1675 - single-bed room accommodation

The registration form and payment fee should be received by the IBC Directorate before May 11, 2012.

Additional Financial Arrangements for Congress Participation

The registration fee for a Sponsor is no less than EUR 6 500.
Sponsors have the same possibilities as specified under General terms and conditions for the Congress participation and the following additional privileges:

• the Sponsor’s name, address and logo will be stated in the collection of papers of the IBC-2012 (the information should be received before May 30, 2012);
• the Sponsor’s advertising materials will be distributed through the information group of the Congress in the hotel lobby in front of the congress rooms where Plenary sessions are to be held;
• participation in the Congress for 2 delegates and their accommodation in 2 single-bed rooms at Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel at the Organizers’ expense.

The registration fee for a General Sponsor is no less than EUR 12 700.
General Sponsors have all possibilities listed in General terms and conditions as well as the following additional privileges:

• a priority right to make presentations at the discussion meetings (in case of agreement of IBC-directorate and if the presentation topic is received before May 1st, 2012);
• a right to exhibit an information billboard in the hotel lobby in front of the congress room where Plenary sessions are to be held;
• one page of advertising information in the proceedings of the IBC-2012 (the information should be received before May 30, 2012);
• participation in the Congress for 3 delegates and their accommodation in one suite and 2 single-bed rooms at Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel at the Organizers’ expense.

For Chief Sponsor the amount to be contributed is no less than EUR 25 000.
The Chief Sponsor has all possibilities listed in General terms and conditions as well as the following additional privileges:

• a priority right to make presentations at Congress sessions (including Plenary session), the presentation topic should be received before May 1st, 2012);
• a right to exhibit information billboards in the Congress hall and in the lobby in front of the Congress rooms where the plenary sessions are to be held,
• distribution of information materials to all the Congress participants provided that they are sent to the IBC Directorate before May 20th, 2012;
• two pages to present information on the Chief Sponsor’s organization in the Congress proceedings (the information should be received before May 30th, 2012);
• participation in the Congress for 4 delegates and their accommodation in a duplex suite and 3 single-bed rooms at Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel at the Organizers’ expense;
• a chauffeur - driven car during the work of the Congress, as needed.

An application, its cancellation and payment of the registration fee

The registration forms and the registration fees payments are to be received until May 11, 2012. If an application is cancelled, refund will not be made.
Replacement of a participant can be made according to a written notification until May 30, 2012.
